Modifications to mainly use the ivorn of a filament as unique identifier in the xml writen by the tracking process. Now the tracking process write one xml file per day (the begining date of a tracking is used to decide in which file to store a whole tracked filament) and the ivorns of predecessor(s) or successor(s) are no more stored in the filaments-*.xml files. The function to send the results to the HEK have been update to retrieve correctly the differents predecessor(s) or successor(s) of a filament from the tracking files. All processes impacted by the modifications have also been updated.
