In config class add new setter for the config filename. Therefore now it require an initialization but in counter part the class can now be used when the main process is launch from another dir. Fix solar_filaments path to sub process (like draw_filaments and track_filaments) so that they can be found independently from the current directory. Update some debug message for clarity.
